FRANQUE HERRERA
Born in Cali, Valle on April 21, 1966 in her childhood she lived in cartagena. At the age of 4 her family moved to bogota. She studied in the college San facon and when she finished the highschool she studied odontolgy. Few years later she got married with Carlos Enrique Vargas and they had two daughters Valentina and Federica. She has always been linked to the college and since the year 2011 she belongs to MAR "Apostolic Movement" and the pastoral committee.
